  1. CLIENT COMPANY will be spared from the normal routine of recruitment which may begin with extensive advertisement to rigorous interviews, testing and selection.

  1. CLIENT COMPANY will be spared from keeping and maintaining employment records which will include detailed reports to SSS, ECC, PHILHEALTH and PAG-IBIG. We will likewise assume the responsibility for employee benefit claims and compensation for occupational injuries and illnesses.

  1. CLIENT COMPANY will have no legal liabilities in caser of separation and termination. The worker is solely and exclusively employed by us. However inefficient workers  / employees can be replaced upon your advise. Should permanent hiring of our employees within six (6) months of employment with CLIENT COMPANY, a recruitment fee of 10% will apply on the total amount of the employee’s annual gross income. Permanent hiring done after six (6) months will automatically free of charge.

  1. Collective bargaining is non existent. CLIENT COMPANY will be spared on fringed benefits negotiations with our workers.

  1. Our  rates are reasonably low and quite competitive in the trade. If however our employees are required to work during rest days, special and regular holiday and beyond eight (8) hours tour of duty as well as night differential, they shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions of the labor code using the agreed billing rate as the basis of computation.

  1. We provides accident insurance coverage to our employees as follows:

Death or Total Disability     -           -P- 50,000.00
Hospitalization                                 -       5,000.00
